The Hemcher Cup Draft Lottery for 2013 has been conducted.
Our official League auditors from Andersen Consulting have monitored and approved the process and results. Team Zucker was also sent the two pieces, the coded draft order and the decoder, separately by Team Knight and Team Lampazzi before the results were decoded.
