GANNON GAINS
Wins 4th Cup With Help From The KEG

Jamison, PA –  In a year that saw everything, including a good St. Joes run in the tournament, Team Gannon did the improbable and won its fourth Hemcher Cup Championship.

Hemcher Cup XII had little drama as Gannon broke out to an early lead and never looked back.  Team Gannon was busy in the off-season, when others were relaxing.  Not only did Team Gannon increase its scouting abilities with technology, they also added personnel in the department.

Rumor has it that Kate Gannon, heiress to the Terrence Gannon Hemcher Cup franchise, played an instrumental role in the team selection this year.

Drafting out of the 5th slot, Team Gannon continued the recent trend that draft order has no affect on Hemcher Cup results.  Last year Team Knight won out of the 6th spot.

Team Poli was reportedly considering filing a grievance with the League, claiming that the rich are just getting richer.  He pointed out that Team Gannon and Team Knight have combined for 8 of the 12 Hemcher Cup Championships (when you count the year they tied
as 1 total year).

We contacted Team Poli Headquarters for a comment, but no one was available and no one returned our call.
